Love this gym!! I hadn’t worked out in a while and I was so nervous to join a gym, but as soon as I met the owner Tara, I knew I had to join, she was so friendly and welcoming! This is a great place it really accommodates everyone no matter what your fitness level is. The spin class was great and the Bootcamp with Earl was tough but he is so encouraging! Stop in and see for yourself, I am glad I did!
